Profile: A smooth matcha with delicate sweetness and a clean, composed finish. Low in bitterness with a natural silkiness that lingers gently on the palate.

Crafted using a unique process: fresh leaves are washed prior to steaming, handled with airflow rather than compression and dried open-leaf to preserve clarity, color, and aroma.
