At Ryokō Matcha, we are committed to providing the highest quality matcha. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns to maintain freshness and quality.

However, if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us at brenna@ryokomatcha.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a resolution.

In rare cases, we may consider returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
